Bank statement showing funds of USD $25,000.

Photocopy of your passport with validity of at least 1 year (.pdf).

Make fee payment: USD $500 as I-20 processing fee and be eligible to attain M1 visa.

Register with SEVIS and pay the I-901 fee.
